Arrufiac Wine

Arrufiac is a white grape variety mainly grown in Gascony in the south west of France. It is primarily used to make late harvested, sweet Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh wines and you’ll often find it blended with Petit Courbu, another local Gascon variety. Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh wines, although sweet, have a great balance of sweetness and acidity making them ideal with savoury foods such as blue cheese and pâté or as a dessert wine with fruity desserts.
