Garganega

Garganega is a white Italian grape and is the main ingredient in Soave and Gambellara wines. Grown mainly in the Veneto region of North East Italy, Garganega produces dry wines that often have scents of lemon and almonds. A perfect aperitif wine or why not try it with crab, sea bass or aromatic Asian food.
