Inzolia Wine

Native to Sicilian shores, Inzolia joins fellow islander Cataratto in the Marsala blend but is becoming more popular in still, dry wines, thanks to its characteristic nutty flavour and ripe texture. It matches well with similarly nutty flavours in food – think fish baked with almonds or creamy risottos with walnuts.
