Gorgonzola Stuffed Chicken Breast Wrapped in Pancetta

Chicken and Chenin Blanc make for a very tasty match but if you're serving the chicken with these additional ingredients, remember the extra saltiness that the pancetta and cheese will bring to the dish - plump for a ripe, fruity white such as South African Chenin Blanc to contrast with the salty tang. The Producer

Klippenkop takes its name from the Afrikaans words for rocky outcrop or hillock. Indeed this is a good description of some of the terrain in the Robertson region where the 35 family-run vineyards that produce this wine are found. The Klippenkop company was first established in 1941 and the vineyards of its growers now cover an area of 1900 hectares. The wide variety of terrain allows for perfect siting of each grape variety to get the very best from each cultivar. The vines for this wine are aged between 7 and 9 years old resulting in high quality fruit.
