Mint Fizz

A cool, crisp Prosecco cocktail with zesty and floral notes makes for a perfect sun-downer or party piece. Serves 1.

Ingredients

1 glass Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene
2 tbsp elderflower cordial
Mint sprig
Ice
2 lime wedges
1 wine glass

Method

Pour the elderflower cordial into a wine glass, squeeze the juice from one of the lime wedges into the glass. Add a few ice cubes, the mint, the remaining lime wedge, then top up with Prosecco. Stir and serve.
