Rich, Complex White Wine

What does it take to make a rich, complex white wine? A great winemaker is a start, not to mention excellent standards of grape growing and outstanding vineyards in cooler climates to retain flavours as grapes slowly ripen. Quality and individuality are what all of our rich, complex whites have in common – try a white Châteauneuf-du-Pape or aged Australian Semillon for starters.
